Why would he have a booth closed off from the crew? Usually, the announcer would sit right in front of the control booth window just in case something stopped him from speaking... or maybe Im thinking too much LOL!

They are loaded with Sex ... great artists too.. Wally Wood, Jack Kamen, Al Feldstein etc...
No idea. Maybe 1950's studios had several rooms so many programs could be recorded during working hours?
I haven't really got any EC in mind, although trying to mimic the beautiful detail of Kamen or Elder would be quite a cool challenge. If you know of a particular issue with plenty of females presence, send me a link.
